Can I use my NDIS plan funding for this?

In many cases, yes — it depends on your current plan, your goals, your disability, and your remaining budget. Our team will talk you through this directly when you enquire.

Do I need my own pet for animal-assisted mentoring?

We prefer to work with your own pet, since the relationship and routine already exists. In some circumstances we may be able to arrange a support worker with their own animal — ask our team when you enquire.

How are your support workers screened?

Every Phoenix support worker delivering NDIS services completes NDIS worker screening and a dedicated NDIS orientation module, in addition to standard background checks.

What happens if something goes wrong?

Phoenix Entrepreneurs is the registered NDIS provider responsible for this service, including any incident reporting required under the NDIS Practice Standards. You can raise any concern directly with our team at any time.
